THE BIG BIRTHDAY WEEK

Happy Birthday Kaden & Me!!!!
I can't believe Kaden turned 3! We won't even talk about how old I am ! :) We all had such a good week. Thank you heidi for taking me to my favorite place to eat " ZUPAS" so yummy. Chris really spoiled me this year it is fun having your birthday the day before Valentines!!! Every Valentines I get Roses and I love them! Thank you hunny !! For Kaden's birthday all he wanted to do was play basketball, (easy enough for me right) so in the afternoon he invited his best friend Noah and his nana to go bowling with him. Then later the rest of the families showed up and we went to the church and played basketball and kick ball, it was really fun! Kaden was in HEAVEN. Thank you all for coming out here to play with kaden you made it a really fun birthday for him. Thank you for the sweet gifts you gave him. Kaden got a train table and a Geo trax and loves it so much(yeah!THANK YOU NANA):) He also got his first remote control car(Mario cart) if your kid does not have this, go get it for him. Kaden just laughs every time he plays with it. It is a fun toy! Thank you aunt t.t and tanner. We love all of you so much and appriecate all you do for us and our kids. I know I am saying thank you a lot, but, I just want everyone to know how much we love you and for all the wonderful gifts. The best was just spending time with all of you.

For those of you who know kaden know that he born a basketball player! He is amazing and I am not saying that just because he is my son! There are plenty of people that will agree with me when I say he is amazing with the ball! He can throw with one hand and in the hoop it goes. This picture is with one hand right when he walked into the gym this is the first thing he did!
Daddy teaching him the ropes about basketball! Kaden Likes to go watch daddy play church ball he will run up and down on the side lines with them. He has to wear his basketball shirt and take his ball! He eyes every move they make and then comes home and tries to do it!

OUR DAY OUT!

Heidi and I were so tired of being bored, so we were on the phone saying lets just do something fun, she had never been to the gateway children's Museum, so I thought Matthew and the boys would love this and they did. We got picture happy so be prepared there are a lot of pictures. It was really fun, heidi thank you for going with me.....

STANDING FOR SOMETHING

3 1/2 hrs later, we were able to see the Beautiful President Hinkley. It was really nice to be able to spend that time to reflect on his life and all that he has done for all of us. He is such a amazing man! We were able to see the celebration of his birthday while we waited inside. It was really nice also for Chris and I to have that time to ourselves! When we walked into the room where his body was it was such a peaceful feeling and worth every minute we waited. He looked so happy. Death can be such a beautiful thing. We were only able to see him for maybe a second, but it was just enough time to see his beautiful body and thank him. I put on the title Standing for Something, because we were defiantly standing for something and that was a memory that will last us a life time. Thank you Chris for going with me and sharing this memory with me. I will be forever grateful you did this with me and that we were able to see the wonderful Prophet and spend that time together. I enjoyed every minute with you and feeling the love our Heavenly Father has for each of us. A continuing confirmation that this church is True and that these Prophets are true servants of Heavenly Father. I just feel that we are so lucky to be a part of this, we are given so much. It is just a happy feeling to know we are loved and watched over, One thing I try to always remember is to make sure that I just live in this world trying to do whats right and not BECOME of this world.
