MY BEST FRIEND!
Let me tell you about this wonderful tradition that Grandpa and Grandma Marie Mertz do every New Years Eve. The picture below is one of the things the kids look forward to every year called the Fish pond. They go from youngest to oldest and this is when they can give all the grandkids their Christmas gifts. Then they get all the confetti works and let the kids go crazy(talk about finding confetti for days right) ! We all love this, we go crazy and really have fun with everybody.... Then Grandpa and Grandma Marie let all the kids stay over for the night while the parents have the night to them selves, THANK YOU GRANDPA AND GRANDMA ! Then they have a yummy breakfast in the morning for everybody when we come pick up the kids.
Of course kaden got his Fire Truck(I think we have every kind of truck there is, if anyone needs saving a life kaden has the vehicle. )

I had someone take this, to prove to Chris we do still kiss ! Of course our little monkey had to get in some of the action! Kids!!!! are wonderful aren't they??? ha ha

Thats a great tradtion! I'll send my kids over next year, to spend the night and everything! Just kiddin, but I may need to suggest that to my parents.
